Downieville riverfront cabin on the Yuba. Location, location, location...this is what everyone wants. Extreme privacy. One of the best river views in town. Property goes down to the river, so you have private river access. The river views are superb from the deck and main room. And there is a lovely flat spot off the deck which has a better view downstream and provides good access to the river.
